Swiss Chard
From the "Kids' Corner" - Hamburger Soup with Swiss Chard or Bok Choy

Brown:
1 pound ground beef
1 large chopped onion
Add:
1 bunch chopped Swiss chard or bok choy
2 ribs chopped celery
4 chopped carrots
2 medium cubed potatoes
4 cubes beef bouillon
2 quarts of water
Salt, pepper and fresh parsley, to taste.
Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour.
Add:
1 package frozen peas.
Cook 10 minutes more.
Serves 4.
