Recipes / Swiss Chard

French-Style Swiss Chard (or Kale)

1 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups coarsely shredded Swiss chard or kale
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil, Swiss chard (or kale) and garlic. Sauté the mixture for 5 minutes or until the greens wilt. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.

Serves 2 to 4.
