From the "Kid's Corner" - Make A Face!

Kids will eat practically anything if you make a face out of it. With your extra summer squash, try this: julienne the squash and sauté quickly in a pan lightly coated with olive oil (3 minutes is usually enough). Add black pepper to taste.

This is a crisp, tasty dish for adults, and makes great “hair” on a plate. Add a carrot for a nose, cucumbers for eyes, and a melon slice for a big smile. Two baguette slices with cheese on top make great ears. Voila! An edible face!
