Posted by Carole Koch

1/2 pound fresh sugar snap peas
1/2 tablespoons whole mustard seeds
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 dried hot red chili

Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add mustard seeds. When they start to pop, add garlic and then add the chili. Stir. Add the peas. Season to taste and cook 2 minutes more for flavors to blend.

Serves 2.
