Creamed Rutabagas

1 medium rutabaga, cooked, drained and mashed
1/2 cup half and half
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
1 beaten egg white

Whip all ingredients together in a blender. Place in a baking dish and bake at 300 degrees F. for one hour.

Serves 2 to 3.
