Radish Sauté with Radish Greens
1 bunch radishes with greens
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon tamari
Wash and chop the radishes and greens. Heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté 3 to 5 minutes. Add the radishes and radish greens. Continue cooking for 1 or 2 minutes. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water, cover, and cook until the greens are tender but still bright green in color. Add tamari for taste.
Serves 2 to 4 as a side dish.
