Bell Pepper Chowder

Puree cubes from 2 bell peppers and 2 medium cooked white potatoes.
Sauté 1/2 large diced onion and 1 small clove minced garlic. Add to puree along with 2 1/2 cups water, 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 strips cooked, crumbled bacon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Season to taste.

Serves 2.
