Pineapple Mango Salsa

Posted by Chris Buss

With fresh pineapple and mango, this salsa makes a great summer complement. It is both fruity and hot. So beware – eat with caution!

½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped
½ cup fresh mango, chopped
4 tomatillos, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/8 Czech Black pepper, minced (jalapeño can be used as a substitute)
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients. Set aside for half hour to let flavors to mingle. Also, this can be made ahead the previous day and stored in the refrigerator.
