Jalapeno Relish

Mix together:

1 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 small cloves garlic, chopped

Add:

1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup water

Mix well. Place in a glass jar. Refrigerate.
