From the "Kids' Corner" - Jalapeno Corn

Kids will like the creamy sweetness of this dish.
2 cans shoepeg corn (sweet corn)
1/8 to 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/3 cup milk
Dash of garlic powder
1/4 cup butter
Drain corn and set aside. In saucepan, heat to bubbly the cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, and butter. Stir in corn and jalapeno peppers and place in casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees F. for about 20 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
