From the "Kids' Corner" - Easy Fun Nachos

Posted by Carole Koch

Thanks to Illinois Benedictine University Dietetic Intern, Megan Kochanek for sharing this recipe. Megan says: “This appeals to kids because it is cheesy…and kids like finger foods.”

1 can Fiesta Nacho
Cheese Soup
1/2 cup milk
Tortilla chips
Chopped jalapeno pepper or other hot pepper, to taste (be sure you don’t make it too hot for the kids)

Mix soup and milk in saucepan. Heat through. Pour over tortilla chips and top with peppers.

Serves 4.
