From the "Kids' Corner" - Stir Fried Leeks & Kohlrabi

1 cup kohlrabi, peeled, cut into 1/2- inch dice
1 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2 leeks, white part only, chopped
1 to 2 sweet banana peppers, chopped into 3/4-inch pieces
Lightly spray a wok or skillet with vegetable oil. Add all the veggies and stir fry over moderately high until just heated through, about 8 minutes.
Serves 2.
