Creamy Kohlrabi Slaw
2 to 3 medium kohlrabi, peeled and shredded
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons French dressing
1 teaspoons sugar
1/2 tablespoon sliced green onions
1/8 teaspoon salt
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
Yields 2 cups.
