Kale Crunch
Olive oil spray
1 bunch kale, roughly cut into 2 x 2-inch pieces
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Line a cookie tray with foil. Spray the tray with olive oil spray (or spread out a thin layer of olive oil across the pan with your fingers). Spread kale across pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes, mixing once or twice. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over kale and bake for a few more minutes, to taste. Cool on another plate or tray. The kale should be crispy and crunchy.
