Easy Tangerine Kale
1 large bunch kale, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 tangerine
Toast sesame seeds in a skillet. When seeds start dancing around in the pan or begin to change color, add kale. Add a dash of water. Sprinkle th cayenne over the top and cover. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until kale is wilted. Empty the contents of the skillet into serving bowl, drizzle tangerine juice over the top and serve.
