Sweet Corn with Thyme

Posted by Carole Koch

6 ears sweet corn, with husks
1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil for each ear of corn
2 tablespoons fresh thyme

Peel back corn husks and remove the silks. Drizzle olive oil over corn and sprinkle with thyme. Smooth the husks back in place. Place on a preheated grill and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, turning frequently. Serve hot.

Serves 6.
