Orange & Basil-Marinated Black Olive

In a medium bowl combine:
1/2 pound brine-cured imported black olives (such as Kalamata), drained and
rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh orange peel
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
Marinate at room temperature, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes. Before serving, stir in basil.
Makes 6 servings.
