Easy Sage or Thyme Biscuits

This recipe can be made with any herb. Try it also with dill, parsley or even basil!

2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh chopped sage or thyme, or to taste
1 cup milk

Combine all the ingredients; mix well. Divide the dough into the cups of a 12 compartment greased muffin tin. Bake in preheated 400 degree F. oven for 12-15 minutes. The sage biscuits are excellent with chicken or pork dishes.

Makes 12 biscuits.
