“Greens” Sandwich

Steam a few leaves of kale or chard and drain well. Sprinkle with lemon juice
and a dash of garlic powder. Chill. Cut a whole wheat pita in half, spread with your favorite mustard, then stuff with the cold, seasoned greens!
