Get your kids to eat greens!

Chop the greens (kale, chard, spinach) and sauté in olive oil with a bit of minced garlic and fresh or dried herbs of your choice. Add other veggies your kids like (such as sweet bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.) and serve over or tossed with pasta.

And don’t forget to sprinkle lots of cheese over the top!
