Graham Spice Crackers with Coriander Seeds

Yes, you can make your own crackers!

2 cups graham flour
1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
2 tablespoons arrowroot starch
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk or water
1/3 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey

In a bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together; work the vegetables oil into the dry mixture. In another bowl, blend together the milk (or water), molasses and honey, and mix well.

Add the wet ingredients to the flour/oil mixture. Pull the dough together and knead a little. Roll dough out thin; cut into squares and prick with a fork and place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 25 minutes.
