Coriander Bread - A Bread Machine Recipe
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup honey
3 cups unbleached bread flour
1/4 cup high gluten flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1/8 teaspoons ground cloves
1/8 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 egg or equal egg substitute
1/2 tablespoon grated orange peel
