From the "Kids' Corner" - Celery Slaw

This is a variation on coleslaw with some extra crunch.

1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 drops hot red pepper sauce
Pinch of paprika
5 cups thinly sliced celery, cut diagonally
3 tablespoons slivered pimentos or roasted red bell peppers

Mix together all the ingredients except the celery and pimentos or peppers. Place the celery and pimentos or peppers in a bowl and toss with the dressing.

Makes about 3 cups.
