Carrots
Maple Glazed Carrots

4 medium carrots, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ginger (optional)
Steam carrots until tender. Drain. Place in saucepan with syrup, and butter. Simmer until glazed. Serves 4.
