Honey-Mustard Slaw
Everyone loves this easy slaw…even people who claim they don’t like cabbage!
2 1/2 cups cabbage (any color), chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
1 carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Mix together mayonnaise, honey and mustard and then mix with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
