Broccoli is great in pasta salads either raw or cooked. Create your own unique recipe. Start with any cooked pasta. Add broccoli florets and 3 or 4 other veggies such as: chopped tomatoes, chunks of cucumber or carrot, chopped bell peppers, cauliflower, zucchini, or yellow squash. Add a touch of your favorite herbs and salad dressing. Toss and enjoy!
