This recipe has been known to turn broccoli-haters into broccoli-lovers! Adjust ingredients if necessary to the amount of broccoli you have.

Mix together in a large bowl:
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup raisins
10 slices bacon, fried, crumbled
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice
(optional)

In a small bowl dissolve:
2 tablespoons sugar in
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Stir in:
3/4 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise

Pour vinegar/yogurt mixture over broccoli mixture and mix until well blended. Chill before serving.

Serves 6.
