Bok Choy

Bok Choy with Hot Bacon Sauce

2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups chopped bok choy

Combine sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and crumbled bacon in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and then simmer 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add bok choy; stir fry until crisp tender.

Place bok choy on serving dish; spoon hot sauce over.

Serves 6.
